“ The Power
of A Kiss”
MUAH! Have you truly experienced the full power of
a kiss? Perhaps you’ve had the pleasure
of this expression of love that heals, and can place one on a trajectory to CLOUD
NINE.
I am happy
to share an experience that was CLOUD NINE worthy. While working this evening, I was caring for
the needs of a 6 year old patient. His
mother was concerned about his elevated temperature and pain in his tummy. Upon assessing this little jewel of a
blessing, along with his mother’s input, she asked him if his tummy was still
hurting. And with the sound of weary surprise in his voice, he said “No mommy,
you kissed it and made it better, remember?”
I melted. This sappy heart of
mind was reminded of the power of a kiss and love of a mother (father’s not
excluded) that can heal. Make sure your
kisses are ones that heals and provide CLOUD NINE experiences. Now that’s DA ART of LIVING!
