I CHOOSE JOY!

I Choose JOY! Just the word JOY invokes a smile, feelings of happiness and possible fond memories or planned escapes. For me, it also stirs up a song within, but it doesn't take much for a song to be stirred within me. "Joy is a inner sense of satisfaction, often escorted by happiness that is expressed inwardly, and/or outwardly, enveloped in peace." LD Austin Three of my favorite quotes that abound with JOY as it centerpiece, reminds me of other aspects joys fullest meaning. "Joy is a net of love by which you can catch souls." ~Mother Teresa "There are those who give with joy, and that joy is their reward." ~Khalil Gibran “I slept and dreamt that life was joy. I awoke and saw that life was service. I acted and behold, service was joy.” ~Rabindranath Tagore In order to have this joy, and for it to be complete, it is found only in Christ. I am forever thankful for the earth angels he sends in the form of friends, family and even foe. They all play a role in makinmg our joy complete, be it in successes, or challenges as we are reminded and redirected to the Everlasting Arm that can only give this complete, inner sense of satisfaction, escorted by happiness, called JOY. No matter the height of the mountain, or the depth of the valley, JOY can accompany you along the journey. It's a choice. I CHOOSE JOY!
