Sunday always has been a day of new beginnings. The first day of the new week, family Sunday dinners, time for linen change and airing out the old so that the new would be welcomed....And today is no different, with the exception of Sunday dinners. It looks like hundreds of attendees at Ellijay's Apple Festival will have to serve as my family and my Sunday dinner for today. No worries, I'm in the best of hands. You would clearly understand ONLY IF you experienced the draw of the diverse crowd and ONLY IF you ever tried the best fried green tomatoes, smoked trout, followed by the best apple pie dumpling a la mode. So I would say this Sunday is off to a great start. Now that's DA Art of Living!

A few weeks ago, on my way back to the Left coast, something in me began to stir and it was a good stir. I was happy to be returning to a region that is also home to my soul. The occasion was a speaking engagement at a national research conference, but I was poised for greater things to unfold and unfold they did! How can I share this metamorphous experience and yet keep you with me along for this narrative journey lift. Let's just say that it all began with well wishes by Hope who set me on my way in Atlanta. As the plane became air born, so were my ambitions to get some work done. But the work in which I indulged, came about as I was strategically realigned to a new seat, as was my new seat mate, named Jazz. Jazz, she is an author and public speaker herself. Not sure if she realizes how she  set my dreams to greater heights as she shared Her STORY, HIS STORY! I will share that one at a later date. Remind me though. Hours later, as we landed we found ourselves, kindred sisters,  at Cafe Marmalade in L.A., meeting up with another spiritual butterfly, Iona (gem of a phenomenal women) Morris. She captivated, embraced and set us both to flight for our next appointment, to her poetic words, and alson with inspirations from her play entitled "MOIST". I tell you every bit of our creative appetite was moistened. Inspired to Inspire. Uplifted, so that we could lift, Pollinated, so that we could pollinate! It's no wonder I found myself in San Juan Capistrano, the place from which the Monarch butterflies migrates in the Spring. It was now my time to fly........ And off I went, fully present to the moment, true to myself, giving myself what I needed so that I can give from my over flow......No that's DA Art of Living!
